The spread of the Covid-19 pandemic has affected all the world and all areas of our lives especially where tourism is concerned.  Greece has been able to confront the pandemic with success owing to the fact that strict measures were enforced timely and protocols continue to be imposed.

The well-being of our guests and employees remains our highest priority.

As always, we are going above and beyond to provide a clean and safe environment.  We are persistently monitoring the pandemic and implementing the protocols provided by the government and health authorities as well as in order to ensure the absolute comfort and safety of our guests and staff.

The list below outlines some of the preventive measures & procedures we have taken so to minimize the risk of infection and you will discover during your stay with us:

• Hand sanitizer is provided in all of our guest rooms and no-touch automatic hand sanitizer dispensers are placed throughout the common areas and guest rooms.
• All surfaces in our guest rooms and common areas are sterilized regularly. Steam, disinfectant detergents and/or ultra violet lamps are methods used depending on the surfaces finish.
• Seating in our food & beverage outlets are placed at the distance according to the protocols.
• Meals are served a la carte. When menus are requested they are sanitized between guests’ use.
• Tap water and air condition units are examined regularly per protocols.
• New Check-in and Check-out times have been adjusted so that to ensure a more efficient room cleaning and disinfection between reservations. Check-out is presently at 11.00 and check-in after 15.00.
• Supplementary items such as decorative pillows, mini bar refreshments, and brochures have been removed from our guest rooms.  Additional safety measure guidelines have been placed in all our guest rooms in such a way that can be disinfected during every cleaning.
• All guest rooms have window screens providing the room with fresh air from our garden.
• Linens are ironed at the protective measure of 80+ degrees Celsius.
• Pool and beach sun beds are positioned with the required distance to ensure our guests protection.  In additional to towels being provided in enclosed bags, disposable covers for the sun beds are also supplied.
• Pools are inspected routinely for proper water pH and chlorine.
• Our procedures are updated and harmonized to the protocols.
• Our employees are informed and trained on the protocols and new procedures.
